All of our business centres offer semi serviced office
suites that are ready for you to move in to and get your business up
and running straight away.
Telephone and broadband connection.
Each office or unit already has phone and internet
connection points. These are connected directly to a service provider
they do not operate via a central reception. The service provider
can be changed to suit your preference. You may make your own
arrangements to utilise broadband or make use of our connection which we
offer as a service to our tenants.
The reception area is the main hub of the building where
your visitors will be welcomed and your post delivered. A
professional receptionist can be a vital resource for a small company.
Simple things can be important like having someone trustworthy to
take delivery of couriered items will leave you free to get on with
running your business. The receptions are manned from 9am to 5pm five
days a week. A range of secretarial services can be provided by
reception.
For your security all of the common parts of the building
and the exterior are monitored 24 hours a day by CCTV. Many of the
office suites are alarmed individually and if you feel that you
require that additional security then that can be arranged with prior
consent.
Some of the buildings owned by the Hurlingham Group have on
site facilities for car parking. The number of spaces is limited so
please contact us to ascertain availability.
Board rooms are available to be used for meetings for our
tenants
IT support can be arranged from within the Hurlingham
Group or it can be outsourced if it is a complex problem.
I f renting an office is too much of a commitment for you
but you would prefer to utilise a business address, then the mail
handling service is for you. We will sort and keep your mail for you
to collect at your convenience and we can take messages for you if
you wish to install an extension line in our reception.
If you need occasional use of office space and facilities
but do not want to commit to renting an office, then desk space
rental is what you need. We have provision within our centres for the
rental of desk space within a communal office that is available to
you. Our terms are extremely flexible so please contact us for more
information about this option.
