Each building within the group offers high quality space, units vary in size from 50 sq ft to 5,000 sq ft. All of the centres have a central reception area which is staffed from 9am to 5pm and provides standard office services. All of our business centres are located close to a public transport network and some are able to offer parking facilities (please click on individual sites for location details and facilities offered). Each building retains its own characteristics and all of them have an eclectic mix of clients. Some of the sites can offer semi-industrial units for uses such as testing laboratories; artist studios; furniture restoration workshops; photography studios etc. The rest of the units are office suites which can be provided furnished or unfurnished.
The business centres are CCTV monitored and alarmed.
